Deb is an accomplished organization development consultant combining strategic planning, executive coaching, organization effectiveness and leadership development expertise. As Senior Consultant for The Executive Edge®, Deb works with individual leaders and teams to enable organizations to maximize their human capital. Deb effectively partners with all levels of clients, from managers to executives, to develop solutions that address their specific business needs.
Experience and Expertise
Deb has over 25-years in consulting, with extensive experience in performance planning, leadership development, group facilitation and team building, conflict management, change management and strategic planning. She is respected for her ability to design and facilitate practical solutions to complex business challenges, while honoring and valuing people in the process. Deb’s key areas of expertise include:

Deb is an avid gardener, and achieved certification as a University of Illinois Extension Master Gardener in 2009. She and her family live in the west suburbs of Chicago, and enjoy travel, golf and biking.
