Mark Perrin is a former C-suite executive from the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech industries including nine years as CEO of two publicly traded companies. During his career, he led the U.S. Sales and Marketing operations for two major pharmaceutical companies, as well as created the complete commercial infrastructures for two emerging biotech companies. While leading those commercial functions, his teams launched over a dozen products, four of which exceeded $1 billion/annual revenue and were examples of what great teams can accomplish.

As a CEO, Mark gained first-hand, significant corporate finance and capital markets experience, having raised over $220 million in both debt and equity financings as well as uplisting one company to Nasdaq. Building leadership teams has been one of his passions which has included the recruitment and development of nearly a dozen C-suite executives. After being appointed board chairman, he further developed his board skills through increased knowledge and appreciation for disciplined corporate governance as well as board recruitment and development.
